The Happy Turner in Owings

Site for handcrafted specialty items made from exotic and beautiful woods. Special button and header text background (fill) created directly from a close-up swatch of one of the myrtle bowls' grain patterns. Multiple galleries with clickable photos. Rotating pictures on the homepage.

Christine O'Leary - Comedian

This site features streaming video among other things. The video itself was also shot, edited, and converted to RealVideo by YD. All graphics, buttons, banners, etc., by YD.

Ralph's House of Tone

A music store in NH. Check out the wiggly buttons and direct links to Ralph's eBay auctions, etc.

KCD Art

Homepage for an artist, created to match her vision of colors and textures. Again, custom buttons and header. Clickable gallery and interactive calendar for events that the client maintains, leading to cost savings for the client's web budget.

Don't Harass Betty

The homepage of a 5-piece rock and blues band. All graphics including the buttons, background, and the band's logo designed by YD. Some interesting features like the fade intro page, guestbook, rotating pictures, Cafepress items, etc. Soon to get streaming audio and video.

Career Street, USA

This site was created for a small business working in employment consultation. Very professional looking with some nice java based pop-up menus. Ignore the missing pictures - it's not an error, they are still waiting to be filled in. :) NOTE: some features do not function using Firefox.

Organizations, "Fan Sites," and Private Groups

The Clan MacDuff Society of North America

A pro-bono site for Clan MacDuff, USA, of which I am a member. Site based on the former Clan website. Tartan graphic headers re-used from previous site, but tartan menu buttons newly created. Designed a tartan frame that matches the background of the nav menu around a rotating photo album on main page. Site includes several additional features including a Frappr map, interactive calendar, guestbook, & photo gallery. Also set up a second pre-owned URL to point to the site allowing for multiple internet addresses without additional hosting costs.

The Silent Springs Daisy Girl Scouts, Kennebunk, ME

YD assisted this non-profit organization to set up their website using the host, orgsites.com, a service for non-profits. This allows the customer to use pre-defined templates to set up their sites for free while maintaining complete control over the content. With a little assistance from Yelladog Designs, these girls now have a spot on the web to call their own.

Captain Morrill's Company

All graphics including the buttons, background with repeating left-hand pictures, and the title header including integrated the group's emblem designed by YD. Additional features include a guestbook, picture gallery, interactive calendar, and clickable music launch, etc.

The Vintage Silvertone Zone

This is a fan site for vintage Silvertone guitars and amplifiers. Here you'll find .pdf schematics, a forum, and a host of other features.

The Original USA Fender Bullet Appreciation Page

A "Fan Site" set up to honor a guitar model. Not too complicated, but will be growing in the future. A good example of simplicity.

The Goddess of Somerville

A memorial site for a client's mother. Custom background featuring a photo of a favorite scarf, photo editing, guestbook, etc.

Duck's 32 and True Cruzen

Graphics work. YD designed the True Cruzen logo based on the club's design ideas. YD also cleaned up the existing Duck's 32 "Racing Duck" logo and made it larger and camera ready for printing large stickers for the dragster and trailer belonging to the owner.
